My Mission
Hi, I’m Erin—Reiki practitioner, wellness guide, and former burnout queen.
I built this practice because I needed it myself. Years ago, I was so overwhelmed that my body started shutting down. I gained weight. I felt numb. I was exhausted all the time and blaming myself for it.
Reiki helped me reset from the inside out. Since then, I’ve lost 74 lbs. But more importantly? I finally feel like me again. Now, I help other women do the same. Not through quick fixes. Not through toxic positivity. But through grounded support that actually works.
About Erin Rector
Outside of my Reiki practice, I’m married to my husband, Brian, and together we’re raising our son, Lucas, who keeps life full of adventure and laughter. We also share our home with our gentle (and sometimes goofy) Great Pyrenees, Weezie. Family, nature, and simple everyday moments inspire the heart of my work — reminding me that healing and balance start right where we are.
